New Website Launched

Glasgow University Conservatives (GUCA) today announced the launch of their new website. The site which is a complete re-build from the previous one includes information on the association, a facility to join the party online, a useful contact form and a blog where members are encouraged to contribute by writing articles for publication.
Commenting on the new website, GUCA President, Colin Taylor said, “I am very proud to see this new website launched and looking better than ever. If we are to be the active and growing association that I and our fellow members, know we can be, it is vital to provide a well maintained hub for Conservatives not only on campus, but also nationwide. I believe that for some time we have been struggling to provide a decent and vibrant forum for our message and have not been able to effectively reach out to those who are of a Conservative mindset at this university. This new website, I believe, is the most functional and creative website I have seen of any University association.”
He added, “a website is only as good as what it’s users make of it. So I hope that people will contribute to the site by writing for the blog. We continue to work hard to ensure that we use all resources at our disposal to get the Conservative message of change across to people both within the University of Glasgow and further afield.”
