As the Fresher’s Fair at Glasgow University draws to a close, GU Conservatives are celebrating a 60% increase in membership. Over the two days lots of people joined the association and many more expressed an interest by joining the mailing list.

Commenting on the Fair, GUCA President Colin Taylor said, “I am really pleased with the progress made at this year’s Fresher’s Fair. The fact that we have had a large rise in membership is credit not only to the hard work of the Association, but is also evidence that the Conservatives are the party who people once again feel connected to. This is an exciting time to be a Conservative and I look forward to a successful year ahead for GU Conservatives.”
